Hey, I’m Sam.

I’m devoted to creating unforgettable immersive yoga experiences around the world to elevate our growth as a human beings.

I’m a yoga teacher, bodyworker, and lifelong student of movement, breath, and yogic philosophy. With over a decade of personal practice + teaching, immersive study in Costa Rica, Thailand & India, my classes bridge classical yoga traditions with modern nervous system science and therapeutic bodywork.

This Mexico retreat is the culmination of years of study, practice, and refinement.

Each day is intentionally structured: sunrise rituals, powerful asana, guided pranayama, Sanskrit and sutra study, restorative massage, ocean immersion, and spacious integration. The experience is crafted to feel elevated yet grounding.

My goal is not to transform who you are, but to create an environment where clarity naturally emerges. Where your body softens. Where your breath deepens. Where you remember what it feels like to move through life with intention.

Questions Answered

  • Extensive daily yoga totaling 12+ hours across five days, in-depth yogic philosophy workshops, a personalized 60-minute massage, three nourishing chef-prepared meals each day, an optional guided surfing experience, and a curated welcome gift to begin your stay.

  • Flights to and from Puerto Vallarta. All other transportation is included, including airport transfers on January 14 and January 19. Airport transportation on any other dates can be arranged at your own expense.

  • We’ll provide a yoga mat, basic toiletries, and all house essentials such as towels and linens — so you can pack light.

    We recommend bringing a few swimsuits (we plan to be in the water most days), sunscreen, flip flops or sandals, comfortable hiking shoes, relaxed yoga clothing, a couple of outfits for evenings, and a hat if you like extra sun protection. Please also remember any personal medications, prescriptions, or EpiPens you may need.

  • Please fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Scheduled airport transfers are included on arrival day (Jan 14) and departure day (Jan 19).

  • January is one of the most comfortable times to visit the Puerto Vallarta area, with warm sunny days in the mid-70s to low-80s°F and cooler, pleasant evenings. It’s part of the dry season, so rain is rare and humidity is low — ideal for outdoor yoga and beach time.

    The ocean temperature is typically around 78–80°F, making it comfortably warm for swimming and daily water time.

  • No, not at all, a basic understanding of poses & philosophy is enough. This retreat is designed for all levels. Practices will include modifications and guidance so you can move at your own pace, whether you’re newer to yoga or already have an established practice.

  • Meals are prepared by a private chef and we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please share any allergies or restrictions when booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Final balances become non-refundable 60 days prior to retreat. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest.
